Chief Executive Officer
Tom C. Tomlinson joined Alliance HealthCare Services as Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. With more than 25 years of diverse executive management and leadership experience, Mr. Tomlinson’s experience spans the healthcare, consumer products, insurance, and airline industries. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Tomlinson served as the Chief Executive Officer for Midwest Dental. Previously, he spent 10 years with the Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) in several senior roles including Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he played a key role in CDI’s growth and development while creating the second-largest radiology and related services organization in the U.S. with the merger of Insight Imaging and CDI.
Prior to CDI, Mr. Tomlinson held several key executive, finance and development positions in the consumer products, insurance, auto, and airline industries, including: Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Department 56, a publicly traded wholesale and retail consumer products company; President, Harmon Solutions Group, an insurance claim outsourcing company; and Vice President of Finance and Business Development for Apogee’s Auto Group; and numerous finance and development positions with Northwest Airlines and American Airlines. Mr. Tomlinson holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Rhonda Longmore-Grund joined Alliance in March of 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She comes to Alliance with significant international and capital market experience and has successfully led organizations through strategic expansion and growth. Prior to Alliance, Longmore-Grund served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Printronix, a global provider of industrial print technology solutions. Printronix serves global Fortune 500 customers in mission critical manufacturing and supply chain applications in 100 countries through sales, manufacturing and distribution operations in the United States, Asia, India, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. She has held senior management positions at companies including Ingram Micro, Inc., Exult, Inc., Velocium and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). Longmore-Grund holds a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy and International Business from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Richard W. Johns joined Alliance HealthCare Services in February 2012 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Johns’ legal career spans 30 years providing legal services to a variety of healthcare clients based in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Alliance, he was General Counsel at LaVie Care Centers, a national long-term care company with revenues in excess of $1 billion annually and approximately 19,000 employees caring for 13,000 residents. Prior to his role with LaVie Care Centers, he served as a partner for over 10 years with the nationally recognized firm of Foley & Lardner, where he was instrumental in developing a national healthcare practice. Mr. Johns began his legal career working with various law firms in the Washington (D.C.) metropolitan area and he holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Southern California.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES AND CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
Laurie Miller joined Alliance HealthCare Services in January 2013 and serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communications. Ms. Miller brings over 20 years of business experience to this role, having held senior human resources leadership positions for a variety of high tech companies. At gen-E, she was the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for implementing their global HR strategic plan. Prior to this, she was the Senior Director of Change Enablement and Executive Director of Human Resources for Ingram Micro, where she led the North America HR function and a team of 60 HR professionals covering the US, Canada and Manila. Ms. Miller holds a B.A. from UCLA.
Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer
Tracy Wiese joined Alliance HealthCare Services in June 2017 and serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. Ms. Wiese’s career spans more than 25 years of working in diverse industries and a variety of leadership roles, with a consistent focus on leading healthy organizational differentiation and performance. For four years prior to joining Alliance, Ms. Wiese was a partner at 3.2.1 LLC, a consulting group helping leaders and their teams define, plan and launch initiatives, where she focused on brand/identity, strategy, transition planning and implementation. Prior to 3.2.1, Ms. Wiese spent 11 years at Center for Diagnostic Imaging; she served in a number of leadership roles during her tenure including Senior Vice President of Management Services and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer. Ms. Wiese holds a B.A. from St. Olaf College.
Senior Vice President, Sales Strategy
Holly Huso, a seasoned sales executive, joined Alliance HealthCare Services as a member of the senior leadership team in 2014. Ms. Huso leads the design and build of a best-in-class sales organization across all Alliance divisions.
Ms. Huso has more than twenty-five years of demonstrated success leading sales teams to achieve profitable market share growth in heavily matrixed organizations. Her charismatic leadership style combined with a player-coach mentality drives high-functioning sales teams as well as solid year over year growth.
Her previous sales leadership experience includes integral roles at Mayo Clinic, Biologics as well as Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI). Ms. Huso has a long-standing record of successfully developing and growing organic sales programs that consistently grow volumes and revenue year over year, even during times of increasing regulatory pressures and a changing healthcare marketplace.
She holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina University—Raleigh and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from North Dakota State University—Fargo.
President, Alliance HealthCare Radiology
Rich Jones was appointed President of the Alliance Radiology Division in June 2012, after becoming its Executive Vice President in August 2011. He has been with Alliance since 1998, originally serving as Regional Operations Manager, then Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Operations for the North zone, Senior Vice President of the North zone, and Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Jones held a number of leadership roles in Boston hospitals and the commercial healthcare sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Nazarene College.
President, Alliance Interventional
Steven M. Siwek, M.D., was appointed President of Alliance HealthCare Interventional Partners in April 2015. He initially joined Alliance through the February 2015 acquisition of The Pain Center (TPC) of Arizona—Arizona’s center of excellence for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders with 12 locations statewide. As founder and CEO of The Pain Center of Arizona, Dr. Siwek has focused the last 15 years of his medical career on building programs that set national standards for quality coordinated care in pain management. His multi-disciplinary and integrative approach to preventing, treating, and eliminating chronic pain is advancing the way in which interventional and pain management services are accessed and delivered nationwide. Dr. Siwek received his M.D. from the New York Medical College and completed his residency training at the Mayo Clinics in Rochester, Minneapolis, and Scottsdale, Arizona, and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, he holds an M.B.A. from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
PRESIDENT, ALLIANCE ONCOLOGY AND ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL
Greg Spurlock serves as the President of Alliance Oncology and Alliance HealthCare International. He joined Alliance Oncology through the April 2011 acquisition of US Radiosurgery, where he was the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Spurlock’s entire career has been focused on facility development, physician relationships, and ancillary services. Prior to joining US Radiosurgery, he served as Executive Vice President of NeoSpine, where he was responsible for surgery center development and operations, as well as the management of all architecture and construction related to the company’s spine surgery center projects. Prior to that role, Mr. Spurlock served as Chief Executive Officer of Imaging One, LLC. He has also held the role of Executive Director at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) and at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Tom Ewing joined Alliance Radiology in 2014 as the Vice President of Sales for the East Zone Business Development team and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales in 2015. Mr. Ewing brings over 30 years of Leadership and Sales Management experience to Alliance from the corporate and military sectors. Prior to joining Alliance, he spent 13 years with GE Healthcare in progressive leadership roles including Region Sales Manager, National Service Sales Manager and as the General Manager for the Southeast Zone leading the Commercial Service Sales and Solutions business. Mr. Ewing brings decisive Leadership with the proven ability to drive Organizational and Sales effectiveness through strategic planning, goal setting, and operational rigor along with a strong focus on employee development. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Ewing served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 14 years as an AV-8B Harrier and AH-1W Super Cobra pilot attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Concurrent with his duties as a pilot, he also held multiple Leadership roles in Operations, Aviation Safety, Quality Assurance and Logistics. He earned multiple flight leadership designations and was the recipient of multiple awards and honors. Mr. Ewing holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
Vice President, Finance
Jessie Morsching came to Alliance in 2014 to assume the role of Vice President of Finance over the Radiology division. She has extensive experience in finance as well as business intelligence within the field of radiology. Having served in progressive leadership roles over the last 12 years at Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) and Insight Imaging, Ms. Morsching led the Financial Planning and Analysis team as the Director of the Radiology Division. Ms. Morsching served as a Senior Accountant at Copeland, Buhl & Company, PLLP prior to her role at CDI. Ms. Morsching earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the prestigious Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is a certified public accountant.
Chief Operating Officer, Alliance HealthCare Radiology
Dale M. Hockel, Jr. joined the Alliance Radiology Division in September, 2015, as the Chief Operating Officer for the division. He came to Alliance from TriMedx, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ascension Health, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations. There, Mr. Hockel successfully led the TriMedx organization in its transformation from a biomedical company to a commercial-ready global healthcare technology management services company. Prior to TriMedx, Mr. Hockel directed the growth and retention of service and installations at Diebold Incorporated.
Recognized for inspiring leadership, Mr. Hockel has a proven ability to create, mentor and manage high performance teams that have consistently contributed value to the business units, customers and shareholders. Mr. Hockel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science from Buena Vista University in Iowa, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Senior Vice President, Finance
Douglas McCracken was appointed Vice President of Finance for Alliance Oncology in August 2011. He initially joined Alliance in November 2004 as the Vice President of Finance for Alliance Radiology. Prior to his tenure with Alliance, Mr. McCracken served as Director of Customer Financing and then Operations Controller at Marconi Wireless and held several financial analysis and customer financing positions at Nortel Networks. Mr. McCracken holds a B.S. in accounting from Michigan State University and M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington.
Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Acquisitions
Joshua P. Eaves joined Alliance Oncology October 2006. He serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development, where he is responsible for the development of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) facilities and radiation therapy centers. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Eaves held a variety of senior business development positions, including Director of Business Development for Neospine, LLC, and Director of Development for e+ Cancercare, LLC. Mr. Eaves earned a B.A. in communications from Vanderbilt University.
Vice President, Operations
Jodi Horsley joined Alliance Oncology in April 2011, as part of the Company’s acquisition of US Radiosurgery. She joined US Radiosurgery in December 2007 as an Administrator, and was later promoted up to Sr. Director of Operations. In her current role as Vice President of Operations, Ms. Horsley is responsible for the stereotactic radiosurgery and radiation therapy centers in the West and South Eastern Regions of the United States. Prior to joining Alliance Oncology, Ms. Horsley worked her way through college as a Medical Assistant and Radiology Technician, later worked for IHC Health Plans, clerked at a law firm, and then managed Orthopedic and Neurosurgical physician practices for over 10 years. Ms. Horsley has earned a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and law degree.
Vice President, Operations
Dennis Zamojski joined Alliance Oncology in October 2013. In his role as Vice President, Dennis is responsible for the operational performance of the company’s sites in the North and Eastern part of the country. Prior to joining Alliance Oncology, Dennis has been involved at the executive level in a number of healthcare related companies, most recently United Surgical Partners International as Market President, Chicago. Dennis has a Master degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
Vice President, Business Development and Vendor Partnerships
Allison Loehr joined Alliance Oncology through the April 2011 acquisition of US Radiosurgery, where she was Senior Director of Contracts Implementation. In her current role as Senior Director of Contracts Implementation, Ms. Loehr is responsible for providing the overall leadership and management of the start-up implementation program for new and acquired centers. She began at US Radiosurgery in 2008 as a Site Administrator after holding several positions in hospital operations and practicing corporate and healthcare transactional law. Ms. Loehr received a B.A. in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis, a M.H.A. in health administration from the University of Oklahoma, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Health Law in Health Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
General Manager, China
Jun Yang, M.D., Ph.D., joined Alliance Oncology through the April 2011 acquisition of US Radiosurgery. He joined US Radiosurgery in March 2006 as the Medical Physicist at Philadelphia CyberKnife and was later promoted into his current role. Today, Mr. Yang is responsible for the supervision and management of the physics, research and technical perspective of Alliance Oncology. Prior to his tenure with Alliance/US Radiosurgery, he served as lead physicist at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and Staff Physicist at the University of Miami, CyberKnife Center of Miami. A renowned medical physicist who has managed more than 3,500 radiosurgery cases, Mr. Yang is sought after for his expertise in physics. As an adjunct associate professor of Drexel University, he has authored and co-authored numerous peer-review papers and book chapters, and he currently serves on the editorial board for multiple professional journals. He also participates in various professional task groups, developing guidelines for medical physics practice and physics quality assurance practice, and is often invited as a speaker on various clinical and scientific topics. Mr. Yang serves as the chair of the physics committee and member of the board of directors for the Radiosurgery Society and Accuracy Exchange in Radiation Oncology (AERO). He received both his B.S. and M.S. from Beijing University of Chemistry Technology, and his Ph.D. from the University of Miami.
Senior Director, Medical Physics
David K. Chamberlain joined Alliance Oncology through the April 2011 acquisition of US Radiosurgery. He joined US Radiosurgery in October 2008 as a site Medical Physicist and was later promoted into his current role. Today, Mr. Chamberlain is responsible for the supervision and management of the physics, clinical and technical perspective and safety of Alliance Oncology. Board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Therapeutic Medical Physics and Diagnostic Radiologic Physics, he has a wide range of expertise ranging from conventional radiation therapy and brachytherapy to stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). He holds a B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Reno.
